Socket Set Screws, also called grub screws, are used to secure one object within or against another object. These set screws have a cup point and are made of alloy steel with a mechanical zinc finish, which provides corrosion resistance like electroplated zinc, but without the risk of hydrogen embrittlement that is introduced in the electroplating process.
